Sales Manager — IT & Digital Solutions (m/f/d) — 50% Part-Time

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong sales skills and a good understanding of digital and technical solutions.

You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and working with our technical team to recommend the right solution.

Your responsibilities

Identify and approach potential new clients
Develop new sales opportunities and build relationships with prospects
Understand client needs and identify suitable Smart Dato solutions
Present and discuss our digital services with potential clients
Work closely with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals
Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities throughout the sales process
Keep sales activities and progress clearly organised and communicated within the team

Your profile

Experience in IT sales, or solid sales experience combined with good technical understanding
Ability to understand a client’s business needs and recommend the right solution
German, Italian and English are required
Ability to explain and discuss digital and technical solutions with business clients
Clear and professional communication
Good organisation and time management
Proactive communication and the ability to work independently
