Polyfaser is a South Tyrol–based manufacturer of high-quality swimming pools and roofing systems, with over 50 years of experience and more than 25,000 pools sold worldwide.
Operating with complex product configurations, long sales cycles, and tailor-made customer projects, Polyfaser combines industrial production with flexible manufacturing and first-class customer service. These requirements demand efficient B2B sales processes, reliable data handling, and high transparency across teams.
Polyfaser faced growing complexity in managing offers, products, contacts, and sales coordination. Existing processes were fragmented across tools and manual workflows, making offer creation time-consuming and limiting transparency for both internal teams and customers, highlighting the need for better sales automation software.
As product configurations and pricing logic became more complex, the risk of configuration errors increased, especially for less experienced staff, highlighting the need for robust sales automation software and a centralized CRM solution.
